RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me first within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders.
Items on sale.

 

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you want your order shipped to a country not listed here, please message me and I'll be happy to arrange it for you.
If you are shopping from Europe, please purchase from my Etsy shop instead, so  that Etsy can charge you the necessary EU taxes.

  
Method of Shipping
All packages are sent by Royal Mail.
2nd Class within the UK.
Standard International for the rest of the world.
*If your package weighs more than 250g I will send with tracking.
If you need items more quickly, please message me before you place your order, so I can arrange an alternative method.
 
IMPORTANT - Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when their order arrives in their country. Nessa Foye Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
What happens if a package gets lost in the mail?
Royal Mail states that we must wait the following times frames before a claim can be made for a lost package.

UK: 10 working days after the due date.
Europe: 20 working days after the due date.
Rest of the world: 25 working days after the due date.

In the unlikely event that this happens, please wait the relevant amount of time as detailed above, before contacting me. I will then be happy to assist with resolving the problem by either replacing or refunding your order.
